The machine is more humanized, convenient and wider than the fast wire. It is favored by more and more manufacturers. It is generally reflected that the machining quality of this kind of wire cutting machine is better. Our company's "medium speed wire" is not only moving between the high speed and low speed, but also higher than the "high speed wire moving machine" and approaching the low speed wire winding machine. However, because the wire is not started in recent years, so many of the processing technology of the medium and walking is not familiar. Combined with many years of production practice, aiming at the problems and difficulties encountered in the process of programming and operation of medium wire cutting machine, several processing methods and operation schemes are summarized (for reference only).

In the aspect of cooling system, the commonly used extensive cooling methods are changed. The control software provides an open processing parameter database, which can select the corresponding processing parameters according to the material texture, thickness, roughness and other conditions. I believe that after our efforts, multiple cutting technology will be more perfect. The technology of reciprocating wire and WEDM will also be better applied and developed.

  4 machining principle

6 some related matters in working environment of wire cutting machine tool in working environment
 
1. choose a place without dust, to avoid a large number of channels on the side of the cutting online;
 
(1) the characteristics of the wire cutting discharge machine, the presence of dust in the air, will cause the machine's wire rod to be seriously worn, thus affecting the service life.
 
(2) the wire cutting discharge machine is a computer control. The disk used by the computer is very strict for the dust in the air. When the dust enters the disk, the disk will be damaged, and the hard disk will also be damaged.
 
(3) the wire cutting motor itself emits a lot of heat, so it is necessary to exchange air frequently in the electrical cabinet. If there is too much dust in the air, it will be attached to each electrical component during the process of gas exchange, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the electrical components, resulting in the burn out of the circuit board. As a result, the dustproof net of the machine should be regularly cleaned.
 
2. choose the place that can bear the weight of the machine tool.
 
3. no vibration and impact of incoming places, WEDM machine is a high precision processing equipment, if placed where there is vibration and shock, will cause serious damage to the machine, which seriously affects the machining accuracy, shorten its service life, and even lead to scrap machine.
 
4. to meet the space size required by the wire cutting machine.
 
5. select the place where the temperature is small, and avoid the direct sunlight through the window and the window glass and the place near the heat flow.
 
(1) high precision parts are processed at a constant temperature, usually at room temperature 20C;
 
(2) there is a considerable amount of heat generated by the wire cutting machine itself when it works. If the temperature changes too much, it will have a serious impact on the service life of the machine.
 
6., choose shielded house: because the wire cutting electrical discharge machining process belongs to the arc discharge process, during the arc discharge, there will be strong electromagnetic waves, which will cause harm to human health, and will also affect the surrounding environment.
 
7. choose a well ventilated, spacious plant so that the operator and machine tools can work in the best environment.
